Er gab n\u00c3\u00a4mlich in einem Interview bekannt, dass die Verhandlungen f\u00c3\u00bcr die Staffeln 7 und 8 fast abgeschlossen sind und wir uns somit auf zahlreiche weitere Episoden freuen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen. Gleichzeitig wurde aber auch bekannt, dass sich die Staffel 6 von Homeland etwas verz\u00c3\u00b6gern wird. Anders als gewohnt, wird die sechste Staffel von Homeland nicht im Herbst starten, sondern erst im Januar 2017. Die Dreharbeiten zur neuesten Staffel beginnen voraussichtlich im August dieses Jahres in New York. Mit den Staffeln 7 und 8 d\u00c3\u00bcrfte die Serie mit etwas Gl\u00c3\u00bcck zudem noch nicht an ihrem Ende angekommen sein. Laut Nevins erfindet sich Homeland n\u00c3\u00a4mlich st\u00c3\u00a4ndig neu und die Show verfolgt keinen strengen Charakterpfad, sondern \u00c3\u00a4ndert sich Staffel f\u00c3\u00bcr Staffel. Zudem handelt es sich bei Homeland laut Navis schon alleine wegen der Thematik um eine Show, die ein offenes Enddatum hat. In der sechsten Staffel wird Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) in ihr Heimatland Amerika zur\u00c3\u00bcckkehren und dort auf bereits aus vorherigen Staffeln bekannte Gesichter treffen; mit dabei ist auch wieder Saul Berenson (Mandy Patinkin). Bereits jetzt ist zudem bekannt, dass sich in der sechsten Staffel alles um den Pr\u00c3\u00a4sidentschaftswahlkampf drehen wird und die eigentliche Handlung zwischen dem Wahltag und der Amtseinf\u00c3\u00bchrung in New York angesiedelt sein wird. Ab dem 20.
