Staffel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bei der zweiten Staffel der BBC Drama-Serie The Last Kingdom, die im kommenden Jahr ausgestrahlt werden soll, steigt der Video-On-Demand-Anbieter Netflix als Co-Produzent mit ein. Demnach wird Netflix die Serie exklusiv in Deutschland, USA, Kanada, Australien, Neuseeland, Portugal, Spanien und Japan ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlichen, w\u00c3\u00a4hrend BBC Two die Ausstrahlung in Gro\u00c3\u0178britannien \u00c3\u00bcbernimmt. Die Serie ist im Jahre 878 n. Chr. angesiedelt und basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Roman von Bernard Cornwell. Auch in Staffel zwei k\u00c3\u00a4mpft der Krieger Uhtred (Alexander Dreymon) f\u00c3\u00bcr sein Heimatland Northumbria. Nachdem Uhtred sein Schwert K\u00c3\u00b6nig Alfred gegeben hat, f\u00c3\u00bchrt er, trotz dem Einfall der D\u00c3\u00a4nen, seine Reise nach Norden fort, um sein eigenes Schicksal in die Hand zu nehmen. Er will das Land seiner Vorv\u00c3\u00a4ter Bebbanburg wiedergewinnen und den Tod an seinem Ziehvater Earl Ragnar r\u00c3\u00a4chen. Zu Alexander Dreymon kehren aus der ersten Staffel die Schauspieler David Dawson (K\u00c3\u00b6nig Alfred), Ian Hart (Beocca), Emily Cox (Brida) und Tobias Santelmann (Ragnar) in Staffel zwei zur\u00c3\u00bcck.
