August erschien auf der Streaming-Plattform Netflix mit The Get Down eine weitere Serie, die von Netflix selbst produziert wurde. Obwohl die erste Staffel bislang nur zur H\u00c3\u00a4lfte ausgestrahlt wurde, konnte sie von den Zuschauern bereits gute Kritiken einfahren und kommt somit auf fast f\u00c3\u00bcnf von f\u00c3\u00bcnf Sterne im Netflix-Ranking. <b>Update:<\/b> Netflix hat bekannt gegeben, dass es keine zweite Staffel von The Get Down geben wird! Nachdem bereits viele Teil eins von The Get Down Staffel 1 gesehen haben, kommt nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich nicht nur die Frage auf, wann Teil 2 der ersten Staffel erscheint, sondern auch ob es eine zweite Staffel zu The Get Down geben wird. Laut Variety ist die 12 Episoden lange Serie die bisher teuerste, die vom Video-On-Demand-Anbieter produziert wurde. Mit 120 Millionen US-Dollar \u00c3\u00bcberschritt die erste Staffel bei weitem die geplanten Kosten. Diese hohe Summe setzt sich laut Medienberichten vor allem durch Verz\u00c3\u00b6gerungen in der Produktion zusammen. Demnach ist noch unbekannt, wie die erste Staffel zu The Get Down enden wird und ob sie Raum f\u00c3\u00bcr eine neue Staffel l\u00c3\u00a4sst. Doch w\u00c3\u00bcrde Netflix tats\u00c3\u00a4chlich 120 Millionen Dollar f\u00c3\u00bcr eine Serie ausgeben, die noch dazu von den Zuschauern positiv angenommen wird, um diese dann nach einer Staffel einzustampfen? Wir glauben nicht daran. Au\u00c3\u0178erdem hat der VOD-Dienst bislang fast allen Serien eine 2. Staffel spendiert. <b>Achtung Spoiler!<\/b> Obwohl Netflix noch keine zweite Staffel offiziell best\u00c3\u00a4tigt hat, haben sich die Macher laut Entertainment Weekly bereits Gedanken zu einer zweiten Staffel gemacht. Demnach k\u00c3\u00b6nnte die zweite Staffel in den 80ern angesiedelt sein. Diese Zeit bietet viel Stoff und hierbei nicht nur musikalischen. In dieser Zeit kam n\u00c3\u00a4mlich auch die Problematik mit Crack auf; ein Thema, welches f\u00c3\u00bcr zus\u00c3\u00a4tzliche Spannungen sorgen k\u00c3\u00b6nnte. Somit bleibt uns nichts anderes \u00c3\u00bcbrig, als bis mindestens 2017 abzuwarten, bis der 2. Teil zu Staffel 1 erscheint. Ab dann werden wir wohl auch relativ bald erfahren, sich Netflix f\u00c3\u00bcr eine zweite Staffel von The Get Down entscheidet.
