Da der Kaufpreis bei der ersten Bestellung \u00c3\u00bcber den Dash Button wieder gutgeschrieben wird, sind sie aber praktisch kostenlos zu erhalten. Die Verbrauchersch\u00c3\u00bctzer stehen dem neuen Produkt bereits mehr als kritisch gegen\u00c3\u00bcber und es treibt ihnen, nach eigenen Angaben, die Sorgenfalten auf die Stirn. Der Verbraucherschutz sieht das Verbraucherrecht beim Dash-Button umgangen und schreibt hierzu: &#8220;Amazon muss als Unternehmer beispielsweise vor jeder Bestellung den Preis des Produktes angeben. Das erfolgt jedoch nicht, da lediglich \u00c3\u00bcber einen Knopf die Bestellung abgewickelt wird. Amazon weist darauf hin, das sich &#8220;Produktdetails bei sp\u00c3\u00a4teren Nachbestellungen eventuell &#8230; (zum Beispiel Preis, Steuern, Verf\u00c3\u00bcgbarkeit, Lieferkosten und Anbieter)&#8221; \u00c3\u00a4ndern k\u00c3\u00b6nnen. Jede Bestellung unterliegt zum jeweiligen Zeitpunkt geltenden Angebotsdetails, diese sollen Sie &#8220;jederzeit vor dem Kauf in der Amazon Shopping App&#8221; einsehen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen. Auch h\u00c3\u00a4lt sich Amazon vor, Ihnen ein Ersatzartikel zu liefern, falls das von Ihnen hinterlegte Produkt nicht lieferbar ist. Zwar handelt es sich dann um einen Artikel derselben Marke und der gleichen Produktart, aber es k\u00c3\u00b6nnte zum Beispiel eine geringere F\u00c3\u00bcllmenge enthalten. Nach jeder Bestellung erhalten Sie eine Best\u00c3\u00a4tigung auf Ihr Smartphone &#8211; sofern Sie diese Option aktiviert haben. Dann k\u00c3\u00b6nnten Sie die Bestellungen vor Auslieferung stornieren.&#8221; Besonders kritisch sieht der Verbraucherschutz hierbei drei Punkte: Auf dem Button steht nicht ausdr\u00c3\u00bccklich, dass damit ein Produkt erworben wird, da die Aufschriften &#8220;kaufen&#8221; oder &#8220;zahlungspflichtig zu bestellen&#8221; fehlen. Zudem muss vor Abgabe der Bestellung der Preis angezeigt werden und eine Bestellbest\u00c3\u00a4tigung muss zwingend \u00c3\u00bcbermittelt werden.
