Gleichzeitig gab der Entwickler bekannt, dass sich dieser die Rechte an der weltweit bekannten Marke Top Gear sichern konnte, welche weltweit \u00c3\u00bcber 400 Millionen Fans verzeichnet. Motorious plant unter Top Gear drei Mobile-Titel f\u00c3\u00bcr Android und iOS zu ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlichen. Dabei soll das erste Spiel bereits Ende 2016 auf den Markt kommen und die anderen beiden sollen 2017 folgen. Jari Pauna, CEO und Kreativdirektor von Motorious, arbeitete in den letzten 20 Jahren in verschiedenen Positionen in der Entertainmentindustrie und war in den letzten f\u00c3\u00bcnf Jahren als Editor in Chief f\u00c3\u00bcr die finnische Version von Top Gear verantwortlich. Wie er in einem Statement bekannt gab, kenn er die Marke und wei\u00c3\u0178, dass diese viel mehr als nur Autos zu bieten hat. Der erste Titel soll unter dem Namen \u00e2\u20ac\u017eTop Gear the Road Trip\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 bereits Ende dieses Jahres als Free-2-Play-Titel erscheinen. Dabei wird das Game die legend\u00c3\u00a4rsten und beliebtesten Herausforderungen aus der Sendung beinhalten; unter anderem auch den Start des Reliant Robin Space Shuttle, das Amphibienfahrzeug, Autofu\u00c3\u0178ball und die Zerst\u00c3\u00b6rung eines Toyota Hilux. Auf seiner Reise durchquert der Nutzer unter anderem England, Frankreich, die Alpen und Italien.
