Jedoch wird dieses nicht im Free-TV zu sehen sein, sondern \u00c3\u00bcber die eigene Online Streaming-Plattform CBS All Access ausgestrahlt werden. Einen Namen zum geplanten The Good Wife Spin-Off haben die Macher noch nicht verraten, aber es ist bereits bekannt, dass die erste Staffel aus 10 Episoden bestehen wird und ein Jahr nach dem Ende der siebten The Good Wife Staffel ansetzt. Zudem wird sich die neue Serie um die beiden Anw\u00c3\u00a4ltinnen Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) und Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo), welche bereits aus der Mutterserie bekannt sind, drehen. Der Charakter Diane Lockhart war bereits seit der ersten Staffel bei The Good Wife mit am Start und portr\u00c3\u00a4tierte eine Senior Partner-Anw\u00c3\u00a4ltin einer Chicagoer Anwaltskanzlei. Der Charakter Lucca Quinn kam erst in der letzten Staffel als neue Anw\u00c3\u00a4ltin zur Serie hinzu. Medienberichten zu folge, k\u00c3\u00b6nnten auch weitere aus der Mutterserie bekannte Charaktere im Spin-Off auftauchen.
