Demnach wird die neue Serie nicht erst im Mai auf den Bildschirmen erscheinen, sondern zum Leidwesen der Star Trek-Fans bereits im Februar. Die Serie Star Trek: Discovery, welche eigentlich f\u00c3\u00bcr Februar vorgesehen war, r\u00c3\u00bcckt damit als Starttermin auf den Mai. Die Serien-Starttermine wurden demnach getauscht. Wie wir bereits berichtet haben, wird die neue Serie nicht \u00c3\u00bcber den amerikanischen Sender CBS ausgestrahlt werden, sondern \u00c3\u00bcber die Streaming-Plattform CBS All Access. Bevor die zehn Episoden lange Serie exklusiv \u00c3\u00bcber CBS All Access verf\u00c3\u00bcgbar ist, wird die erste Folge bei CBS Premiere feiern. Zudem wurde nun bekannt, dass das Ehepaar Robert und Michelle King, welches bereits die Mutterserie The Good Wife erfunden und produziert hatte, doch als Showrunner bei der Serie mitwirken wird. Zuvor hie\u00c3\u0178 es, dass die beiden lediglich als Executive Producer dabei sind und Phil Alden Robinson den Posten des Showrunners \u00c3\u00bcbernimmt. Das Spin-Off, welches sich um die beiden aus The Good Wife bereits bekannten Charaktere Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) und Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) drehen wird, setzt genau ein Jahr nach den Geschehnissen aus der Mutterserie an.
