Nachdem der Dash Button bereits seit l\u00c3\u00a4ngerem erfolgreich in den USA angeboten wird, kam dieser vor wenigen Wochen nach Deutschland und sorgt hier f\u00c3\u00bcr Stress bei der Verbraucherzentrale NRW. Der Dash-Button soll in Haushalten h\u00c3\u00a4ngen und auf Knopfdruck Bestellungen des t\u00c3\u00a4glichen Bedarfs ausl\u00c3\u00b6sen: vom Waschmittel \u00c3\u00bcber Katzenfutter bis zu Toilettenpapier. Obwohl der Dash Button laut der Verbraucherzentrale NRW durchaus n\u00c3\u00bctzlich sein kann, muss sich dieser an geltenden rechtlichen Vorgaben halten. Die Verbraucherzentrale NRW sieht beim Dash-Button verschiedene rechtliche Verst\u00c3\u00b6\u00c3\u0178e. Sie hat den Branchenriesen deshalb abgemahnt und will nun gerichtlich gegen Amazon vorgehen. Auf der Schaltfl\u00c3\u00a4che des Buttons fehlt der Hinweis, dass per Knopfdruck unmittelbar eine kostenpflichtige Bestellung ausgel\u00c3\u00b6st wird. Dieser Hinweis ist bei Vertr\u00c3\u00a4gen im elektronischen Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsverkehr vorgeschrieben. Auch der Dash-Button bedient sich des Internets, um die Bestellung zu \u00c3\u00bcbermitteln. Dar\u00c3\u00bcber hinaus m\u00c3\u00bcssen bei Vertr\u00c3\u00a4gen im elektronischen Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsverkehr wichtige Informationen unmittelbar vor der Bestellung mitgeteilt werden: n\u00c3\u00a4mlich u.a. der Gesamtpreis sowie die wesentlichen Eigenschaften des Produkts. Diese Informationen werden jedoch f\u00c3\u00bcr die konkrete Bestellung erst nach dem Dr\u00c3\u00bccken des Buttons zur App gesendet, also nach der Bestellung. Das Fehlen dieser Informationen bei Ausl\u00c3\u00b6sung der Bestellung wirft auch unter Ber\u00c3\u00bccksichtigung der sogenannten &#8220;Amazon Dash Replenishment Nutzungsbedingungen&#8221; Probleme auf. Darin erlaubt sich Amazon, den Preis und die Versandkosten f\u00c3\u00bcr das jeweils ausgesuchte Produkt zu \u00c3\u00a4ndern. Preis\u00c3\u00a4nderungen werden Kunden laut App aber nur bei Steigerungen &#8220;um mehr als zehn Prozent&#8221; gesondert mitgeteilt.
