F\u00c3\u00bcr den Mehrheitsanteil zahlte Supercell 7 Millionen Euro und stellte dem Unternehmen demnach eine Bewertung von rund 14 Millionen Euro aus. Bei Frogmind handelt es sich um den Entwickler hinter dem erfolgreichen Titel Badland. Gegr\u00c3\u00bcndet wurde Frogmind 2012 und konnte mit seinem Spiel Badland \u00c3\u00bcber 45 Millionen Nutzer begeistern. Bereits jetzt wurde best\u00c3\u00a4tigt, dass Frogmind auch in Zukunft als eigenst\u00c3\u00a4ndiges Unternehmen am Markt agieren wird. Mitte dieses Jahres wurde bekannt, dass Tencent 84 Prozent an Supercell erworben hat und hierf\u00c3\u00bcr 8,6 Milliarden US-Dollar bezahlte.
