Laut mehreren Medienberichten k\u00c3\u00b6nnte Disney den Konkurrenten Netflix \u00c3\u00bcbernehmen um sein Angebot in diesem Bereich zu erweitern. Netflix gab erst vor wenigen Monaten bekannt, dass das Unternehmen verst\u00c3\u00a4rkt auf Eigenproduktionen setzt und seine Serienerfolge wie House of Cards und Orange Is The New Black wiederholen m\u00c3\u00b6chte. Grund genug f\u00c3\u00bcr etablierte Hollywood-Studios wie Disney hier einen heranwachsenden Konkurrenten zu sehen, welcher noch dazu mit seinem Video-on-Demand-System f\u00c3\u00bchrend ist. Disney kooperiert schon seit l\u00c3\u00a4ngerem mit Netflix und z\u00c3\u00a4hlt zu seinem Portfolio auch bekannte Marken wie Pixar, Marvel und Lucasfilm. Eine \u00c3\u0153bernahme von Netflix wird f\u00c3\u00bcr Disney aber durchaus kostspielig.
