K\u00c3\u00a4uferPortal ist ein f\u00c3\u00bchrendes Online-Portal in Deutschland f\u00c3\u00bcr die Vermittlung von komplexen Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Dazu z\u00c3\u00a4hlen K\u00c3\u00bcchen oder Solaranlagen, aber auch die Vermittlung von Rentenversicherungen oder Maklern f\u00c3\u00bcr den Immobilienverkauf. ProSiebenSat.1 und General Atlantic werden jeweils 42 Prozent an dem Unternehmen erwerben. Die restlichen Anteile verbleiben bei den Unternehmensgr\u00c3\u00bcndern Robin Behlau und Mario Kohle. Beide Gr\u00c3\u00bcnder bleiben in ihren derzeitigen Funktionen bei K\u00c3\u00a4uferPortal: Behlau als CEO, Kohle als Beiratsvorsitzender. Die Transaktion muss noch von den zust\u00c3\u00a4ndigen Kartellbeh\u00c3\u00b6rden genehmigt werden.
