Gleichzeitig mit der Ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlichung der neuen Tournament-Feature-App, welche ab heute direkt \u00c3\u00bcber die PlayStation 4 heruntergeladen werden kann, l\u00c3\u00a4uten SIED und die Electronic Sports League (ESL) den Start der PlayStation MASTERS ein. Unter diesem Dach wird k\u00c3\u00bcnftig das eSports-Engagement in Deutschland, \u00c3\u2013sterreich und der Schweiz geb\u00c3\u00bcndelt. Spieler k\u00c3\u00b6nnen sowohl an ESL-Online-Turnieren, als auch an adrenalingeladenen Final-Events teilnehmen und Teil der exklusiven PlayStation eSports-Community werden. Bereits seit 2002 engagiert sich PlayStation im Bereich Konsolen-eSport. Die offizielle \u00e2\u20ac\u017ePlayStation LIGA\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 (PSL) wurde kurz nach der Ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlichung der PlayStation 2 ins Leben gerufen und bot Spielern eine der weltweit ersten Anlaufstellen f\u00c3\u00bcr professionellen Konsolen-eSport. In den letzten beiden Jahren wurde die PSL im Online-Turniermodus der ESL fortgef\u00c3\u00bchrt. Mit der App ist es nun m\u00c3\u00b6glich, noch einfacher ebenb\u00c3\u00bcrtige Gegner zu finden und sich mit ihnen im Online-Wettstreit zu messen. Unter dem Dach PlayStation MASTERS finden fortan regelm\u00c3\u00a4\u00c3\u0178ige Offline-Veranstaltungen statt, die eSportler eine perfekte B\u00c3\u00bchne bieten, um vor Publikum mit ihrem K\u00c3\u00b6nnen zu gl\u00c3\u00a4nzen.
