Nun berichteten Medien, dass Murdoch erneut davor steht einen entsprechenden Deal auf Kurs zu bekommen und die Chancen nun deutlich besser stehen w\u00c3\u00bcrden als noch vor f\u00c3\u00bcnf Jahren. Sky hat bereits am Freitag bekannt gegeben, dass der Konzern in Zusammenarbeit mit 21st Century Fox eine Einigung erzielen konnte und 21st Century Fox, ein Unternehmen von Rupert Murdoch, Aktien von Sky f\u00c3\u00bcr 19,75 Britischen Pfund pro Aktie in bar erwerben kann. Damit w\u00c3\u00bcrde die Bewertung von Sky bei rund 22 Milliarden Euro liegen. Fox besitzt bereits 39 Prozent an Sky und hatte in der Vergangenheit immer wieder Interesse an einer \u00c3\u0153bernahme gezeigt. Durch die von Sky ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlichten Informationen stieg die Aktie des Unternehmens innerhalb eines Tages um 30 Prozent.
