Januar 2017 das deutsche Start-Up Patientus erworben. Patientus ist als technischer Dienstleister insbesondere spezialisiert auf Software f\u00c3\u00bcr \u00c3\u00a4rztliche Videosprechstunden. Bei Jameda informieren sich monatlich mehr als f\u00c3\u00bcnf Millionen Patienten \u00c3\u00bcber den passenden Arzt und buchen online einen Termin. Das neue Angebot von Patientus wird im Laufe des Jahres sukzessive in die Plattform integriert, sodass es dann m\u00c3\u00b6glich sein wird, direkt auf Jameda eine Videosprechstunde mit dem Arzt der Wahl zu vereinbaren. Dr. Mathias Wahrenberger, der als Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsf\u00c3\u00bchrer der Burda Digital GmbH und Beiratsvorsitzender der Jameda GmbH die \u00c3\u0153bernahme betreut: \u00e2\u20ac\u017eIn der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung liegt eine gro\u00c3\u0178e Chance f\u00c3\u00bcr das Gesundheitswesen. In diesem Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsfeld bleibt es unser Ziel, \u00c3\u201erzten und Kliniken mit kundenorientierten Produkten dabei zu helfen, ihren Patienten die beste Versorgung zu erm\u00c3\u00b6glichen. Patientus besch\u00c3\u00a4ftigt sich seit 2012 mit der Kommunikation zwischen Arzt und Patient via Videokonferenz. Einfache Integration in den Alltag von beiden, h\u00c3\u00b6chste Datensicherheit, unkomplizierte Nutzung ohne Zusatzsoftware \u00e2\u20ac\u201c diese Ziele haben die Patientus-Gr\u00c3\u00bcnder Jonathan von Gratkowski, Christo Stoyanov und Nicolas Schulwitz seit der Gr\u00c3\u00bcndung erreicht und damit der Telemedizin in Deutschland auf technischer Ebene den Weg bereitet.
