Dabei handelt es sich um ein Crossplattform-Game, welches in Optik und Gameplay recht stark an das k\u00c3\u00bcrzlich erschienene Fire Emblem Heroes erinnert. Laut den Entwicklern wurde das Team durch die 80er Jahre Cartoons, die immer Samstags im Fernsehen liefen, zu diesem Spiel inspiriert. In Battle Breakers rekrutiert man Helden unterschiedlichster Art, levelt diese und stellt sich dem Kampf mit Monstern aus dem Weltall, die ohne Warnung das K\u00c3\u00b6nigreich angegriffen und unterjocht haben. Eingesperrt in einem technomagischen Kristall ist es nun die Aufgabe des Spielers ein Team aus Superkriegern zusammenzustellen und den Planeten wieder zur\u00c3\u00bcckzuerobern. Dabei kann man von Ninja und Roboter, \u00c3\u00bcber Krieger und Ritter bis hin zu sprechenden Drachen und Dinosauriern ganz tief in die Fantasy-Helden-Kiste greifen. Der Kampf an sich findet auf Hexagons statt &#8211; ja, Hexagons sind das coolste, was es gibt &#8211; und funktioniert nach dem guten alten Stein-Schere-Papier-Prinzip. Auf den Philippinen ist Battle Breakers schon im Soft-Launch und kann dort sogar kostenfrei gespielt werden. Wann genau der weltweite Release erfolgt und ob das Game auf dem Free-2-Play-Prinzip basieren oder einen Obolus kosten wird, ist noch nicht bekannt.
