M\u00c3\u00a4rz dieses Jahres in die zweite Runde. Ihre Erstausstrahlung feierte die Serie von Ben Watkins am 28. August 2014 auf der amerikanischen Amazone-Plattform. Die deutschsprachige Version war seit dem 2. Oktober 2015 auf Amazon verf\u00c3\u00bcgbar. Sie wurde von den Amazon Studios in Zusammenarbeit mit Universal Television und der Alcon Television Group produziert. Wann kommt die dritte Staffel von Hand of God auf Amazon Prime Video? Eine dritte Staffel von Hand of God wird es leider nicht mehr geben. Amazon gab bereits im September letzten Jahres bekannt, dass die Serie mit der zweiten Staffel enden wird. Insgesamt sind nun 20 Episoden auf Amazon per Streaming im Prime-Abo zu sehen. Die Serie handelt von Pernell Harris (Ron Perlman), einem korrupten Richter, der zurzeit in einer schweren Lebenskrise steckt. Sein einziger Sohn PJ (Johnny Ferro) hat sich selbst in den Kopf geschossen nachdem seine Frau Jocelyn (Alona Tal) bei einem Raub\u00c3\u00bcberfall vergewaltigt wurde. Nun liegt er im Koma und die \u00c3\u201erzte machen Pernell keine allzu gro\u00c3\u0178en Hoffnungen, dass er jemals wieder aufwacht. Aus diesem Grund findet Richter Pernell zu Gott, denn er glaubt, dass sein Sohn nur dann aus dem Koma erwachen kann, wenn der Vergewaltiger seiner Schwiegertochter gefasst ist. Doch je mehr er sich in der Suche nach Verbrechern verstrickt, desto h\u00c3\u00a4ufiger wird er von Halluzinationen geplagt. Wird sein Sohn wirklich aus dem Koma erwachen, sollte sein Vater die Verbrecher finden? Nun, das werden wir euch nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich nicht verraten. Neben Ron Perlman und Alona Tal geh\u00c3\u00b6ren auch Andre Royo, Dana Delany und Garret Dillahunt zum Cast von Hand of God. Die Kritiken zur Serie fielen sehr unterschiedlich aus. W\u00c3\u00a4hrend sie in den USA fast ausschlie\u00c3\u0178lich negativ waren, fielen sie in Deutschland etwas positiver aus. Kein Wunder, dass es bei solch negativen Kritiken keine weitere Staffel der Dramaserie geben wird. Aber Amazon hat sicher schon etwas Neues geplant.
