Der Spiele-Hit Starcraft wird gerade komplett \u00c3\u00bcberarbeitet und soll im Sommer seinen Weg in unsere Wohnzimmer finden. Der Klassiker kommt als Starcraft Remastered Edition in einem Paket mit der damals einzigen Erweiterung Starcraft Brood War daher, gibt Blizzard auf seiner Website bekannt. Der Klassiker aus dem Jahre 1998 bekommt eine Komplett\u00c3\u00bcberholung in Grafik, Technik und Sound. Alle Einheiten, Geb\u00c3\u00a4ude und Karten mitsamt der Texturen werden sich im Sommer neu pr\u00c3\u00a4sentieren. Urspr\u00c3\u00bcnglich auf zweidimensionalen Texturen basierend, wird in Starcraft Remastered eine Bildschirmaufl\u00c3\u00b6sung von bis zu 4k m\u00c3\u00b6glich sein. Dies ist wohl auf dreidimensionales Rendering zur\u00c3\u00bcckzuf\u00c3\u00bchren. Nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich ist auch Zoomen ohne Sch\u00c3\u00a4rfeverlust m\u00c3\u00b6glich. Die ber\u00c3\u00bchmten Zwischensequenzen sollen im Comic-Stil daherkommen. Auch der Soundtrack und die Dialoge im Spiel wurden neu aufgenommen und abgemischt. Auch die Starcraft Remastered Edition bietet die bekannte Kampagne mit mehr als 50 Missionen und die Multiplayer-Schlachten. Diese werden durch die Integration in Blizzards Online-Dienst battle.net realisiert. Es soll aber wohl auch einen LAN-Modus geben, so dass mit den alten und vielleicht auch neuen Freunden ein richtig nostalgisches Starcraft-LAN-Wochenende m\u00c3\u00b6glich sein wird. Dadurch, dass Blizzard die Spielmechaniken an sich nicht ver\u00c3\u00a4ndert hat, wird sich die Starcraft Remastered Edition wohl fast so spielen wie fr\u00c3\u00bcher. Man kann wie fr\u00c3\u00bcher aus drei Klassen ausw\u00c3\u00a4hlen: die Menschen (Terraner), die Aliens (Protoss) und die Zerg, insekten\u00c3\u00a4hnliche Wesen. Und dann kann es auch schon losgehen mit dem Rohstoffe sammeln, Einheiten ausbilden, Geb\u00c3\u00a4ude bauen und Skills entwickeln. Auf acht unterschiedlichen Kartentypen begegnen wir auch altbekannten Helden, wie Raynor, Fenix, Kerrigan oder Tassadar.
