Dies wurde auch lange Zeit, vor allem im Kulturausschuss, diskutiert. Jetzt gibt es eine neue Fassung der Richtlinie und diese ist nicht ganz ohne. Bisher gab es eine Quote hiesiger, also europ\u00c3\u00a4ischer Inhalte im Angebot von Diensten wie Netflix, Amazon Instant Video oder auch maxdome von 20 Prozent. Mit der neuen Richtlinie wurde sich innerhalb der EU auf einen Anteil von 30 Prozent geeinigt und das d\u00c3\u00bcrfte eventuell eine Herausforderung f\u00c3\u00bcr die Streamingportale werden. Die 20 Prozent-Quote hatten sie ohne Probleme erf\u00c3\u00bcllt. Die Politik bef\u00c3\u00bcrchtet, dass sich die internationalen VOD-Anbieter aus der regionalen Verantwortung f\u00c3\u00bcr das Kulturgut Film ziehen. Immer mehr Eigenproduktionen werden in die Programme aufgenommen, nicht h\u00c3\u00a4ufig sind diese auf europ\u00c3\u00a4ischem Boden produziert. Der Konsum von Filmen und Serien \u00c3\u00bcber solche Dienste allerdings w\u00c3\u00a4chst und die Anbieter verdienen durch den europ\u00c3\u00a4ischen Zuschauer Geld. Also ist es gerecht, dass ebendiese Firmen auch \u00e2\u20ac\u0153f\u00c3\u00bcr den Fortbestand dieses Kulturgutes in Europa verantwortlich\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ist, so die Vorsitzende des Kulturausschusses, Petra Kammerevert. Schaut man sich das Programm auf Amazon Instant Video mit der deutschen Produktion \u00e2\u20ac\u0153You are Wanted\u00e2\u20ac\u009d oder Netflix- Inhalte wie \u00e2\u20ac\u0153T\u00c3\u00bcrkisch f\u00c3\u00bcr Anf\u00c3\u00a4nger\u00e2\u20ac\u009d oder \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Die Tatortreiniger\u00e2\u20ac\u009d an, dann scheinen die VOD-Anbieter mit der neuen Richtlinie grunds\u00c3\u00a4tzlich kein Problem zu haben.
