In einem Entwurf zu der neuen Verordnung wird eine sogenannte \u00e2\u20ac\u017egrenz\u00c3\u00bcberschreitende Portabilit\u00c3\u00a4t\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 f\u00c3\u00bcr bezahlte Online-Inhalte vorgesehen. Das hei\u00c3\u0178t, dass EU-B\u00c3\u00bcrger ihre Online Abonnements auch in anderen EU-Staaten nutzen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen \u00e2\u20ac\u201c beispielsweise auf Reisen. Die neuen Regelungen sind ab 2018 g\u00c3\u00bcltig. Die EU-Gesetzgeber haben bisher keine Frist f\u00c3\u00bcr die Erlaubnis, Online-Inhalte im digitalen Binnenmarkt mitzunehmen, festgelegt, die Rede ist bisher lediglich von einer \u00e2\u20ac\u017ezeitweiligen\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Mitnahme. Tempor\u00c3\u00a4re Gesch\u00c3\u00a4fts- und Studieninhalte sowie Urlaube in anderen EU-Mitgliedstaaten sollen durch die neue Regelung abgedeckt werden. Hierbei gibt es eine Einschr\u00c3\u00a4nkung, nur kostenpflichtige Dienste werden durch die Neuregelung abgedeckt. \u00c3\u2013ffentlich-rechtliche Sender haben die M\u00c3\u00b6glichkeit, selbst zu entscheiden, ob sie ihre Programme portabel anbieten wollen. Netflix, Amazon, maxdome, Spotify oder \u00c3\u00a4hnliche Programme sind verpflichtet, Ma\u00c3\u0178nahmen einzuleiten, um die Rechte sowie den Hauptwohnsitz der Nutzer zu pr\u00c3\u00bcfen.
