Objekt des Begehrens soll laut einem Bericht von The Information der Spiele-Entwickler Rovio Entertainment sein. Die finnische Spieleschmiede ist mit den fliegenden V\u00c3\u00b6geln von Angry Birds auf einen Schlag bekannt geworden. Im Umlauf ist angeblich ein Angebot von 3 Milliarden US-Dollar an die Finnen. W\u00c3\u00bcrde diese \u00c3\u0153bernahme gelingen, so w\u00c3\u00bcrde Rovio das Tencent-Portfolio, welches bereits Unternehmen wie Supercell und Epic Games besitzt, erweitern. Ob Entwickler Rovio auf das Angebot eingehen wird und in welchem Umfang, ist noch absolut unbekannt. Das Unternehmen selbst sagt, dass sie in regelm\u00c3\u00a4\u00c3\u0178igen Abst\u00c3\u00a4nden neue Finanzierungsquellen und &#8211; M\u00c3\u00b6glichkeiten pr\u00c3\u00bcfen und dass Tencent nicht der einzige m\u00c3\u00b6gliche Kandidat ist. Au\u00c3\u0178erdem beh\u00c3\u00a4lt sich Rovio auch immer die M\u00c3\u00b6glichkeit vor, weiter unabh\u00c3\u00a4ngig zu bleiben. Derzeit ist der finnische Spieleentwickler in einer Konsolidierungsphase. Tencent hat f\u00c3\u00bcr die Gespr\u00c3\u00a4che genug Geld in der Kasse und bereits in der Vergangenheit gezeigt, dass das Unternehmen einen gro\u00c3\u0178en Willen hat sich an westlichen Spieleentwicklern zu beteiligen. Tencent besitzt Anteile an Riot Games, Supercell, Miniclip und auch fast die H\u00c3\u00a4lfte von Epic Games.
