Am 11. August feiert die zweite Staffel der teuflisch guten Dramaserie Lucifer mit 18 neuen Episoden exklusiv Premiere bei Amazon Prime Video. Auch in der neuen Staffel hilft Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) dem Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) wieder verzwickte Verbrechen aufzudecken. Au\u00c3\u0178erdem bekommen Lucifer und sein Bruder Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) h\u00c3\u00b6llischen Besuch von ihrer Mutter Charlotte (Tricia Helfer), die aus der Unterwelt geflohen ist. Nachdem Lucifer am Ende der ersten Staffel vor den Augen der LAPD Polizistin Chloe Decker (Lauren German) stirbt, ist die Verwirrung nach seiner Auferstehung jetzt umso gr\u00c3\u00b6\u00c3\u0178er. Wer ist er eigentlich? Chloe und ihr Ehemann Dan (Kevin Alejandro) stehen privat und beruflich vor gro\u00c3\u0178en Problemen. Nachdem Dan zugegeben hat in eine Korruptionsaff\u00c3\u00a4re verwickelt zu sein, ist nicht nur ihre Beziehung, sondern auch sein Job beim LAPD gef\u00c3\u00a4hrdet. Auch Lucifers Arbeit f\u00c3\u00bcr das LAPD nimmt eine interessante Wendung: Die frisch eingestellte Forensikerin Ella Lopez (Aimee Garcia) scheint Glaube und Wissenschaft zu vereinen und weckt damit Lucifers Interesse. Dr. Linda (Rachael Harris) ist mittlerweile von Lucifers Therapeutin zur Vertrauten geworden. Und jetzt, da Lucifers Mutter auf freiem Fu\u00c3\u0178 ist, sind besonders viele gute Ratschl\u00c3\u00a4ge gefragt. In weiteren Rollen sind Lesley-Ann Brandt (Gotham, Zombie Apocalypse, Drift \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Besiege die Welle) als Mazikeen und Scarlett Estevez (And Then There Was You, Redeeming Dave) als Trixie Espinoza zu sehen.
