Diese Urteil, das das M\u00c3\u00bcnchner Oberlandesgericht am Donnerstag verk\u00c3\u00bcndet hat, ist f\u00c3\u00bcr die Medienunternehmen als gro\u00c3\u0178er R\u00c3\u00bcckschlag einzustufen. Unter anderem hatten ProSiebenSat.1 und die S\u00c3\u00bcddeutsche Zeitung gegen Eyeo geklagt. Eyeo war ein Versto\u00c3\u0178 gegen das Wettbewerbsrecht vorgeworfen worden. Ein Schadenersatz wurde von dem Medienunternehmen gefordert. Der Grund der Klage bestand darin, dass die klagenden Firmen den Nutzern kostenfrei journalistische Inhalte im Internet zur Verf\u00c3\u00bcgung stellen und dies alleine durch Werbung erm\u00c3\u00b6glicht wird. Ein Adblocker gef\u00c3\u00a4hrdet ein solches Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsmodel. Das Oberlandesgericht M\u00c3\u00bcnchen hat sich allerdings zugunsten von Eyeo entschieden. Das K\u00c3\u00b6lner Unternehmen kann seine bisherige Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftspraxis weiterhin ausf\u00c3\u00bchren. Von Medienunternehmen darf Geld daf\u00c3\u00bcr verlangt werden, dass diese von Eyeo auf eine \u00e2\u20ac\u017eWhitelist\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 gesetzt werden.
