Und mit mindestens so vielen Wiederg\u00c3\u00a4ngern wie in der Mutterserie, wurde zuletzt \u00c3\u00bcber 16 Folgen mit Gale Anne Hurd als Produzentin erz\u00c3\u00a4hlt, wie sich die Parallelgeschichte zu Rick Grimes und Co. entwickelt. Ein anderer Ort, andere Protagonisten und doch gibt es f\u00c3\u00bcr Madison Clark und Travis Manawa samt Kindern auch durch die Rettung auf eine Yacht kein Entkommen vor den Untoten. Die Flucht, welche in L.A. beginnt, verweilt nicht dort und wo die Ur-Serie stockte, da bietet die des Spin-off eine wesentlich dynamischere Inszenierung.
