Netflix hat gro\u00c3\u0178e globale Ziele \u00e2\u20ac\u201c eine Produktionsst\u00c3\u00a4tte in einem anderen Land ist ein solider erster Schritt. Der Produktionsstandort in Kanada ist ein Teil des Deals zwischen der kanadischen Regierung und Netflix \u00e2\u20ac\u201c die Innovation im digitalen Bereich soll im Zuge dessen unterst\u00c3\u00bctzt werden. Der Streamingdienst wird Fernsehshows und Filme in Englisch und Franz\u00c3\u00b6sisch produzieren und dabei mit in Kanada angesiedelten Produzenten und Produktionsstudios zusammenarbeiten. Im Fall, dass Netflix die Abmachung, was die H\u00c3\u00b6he der Investition und den vorgegebenen Zeitraum betrifft, nicht einhalten kann, kann die kanadische Regierung Sanktionen \u00c3\u00bcber das Unternehmen verh\u00c3\u00a4ngen.
