Oktober geht es mit der Amazon-Drama-Serie Red Oaks in die letzte Runde. Die dritte Staffel der Eigenproduktion hat nun auch schon den ersten Trailer, der die Fans auf das Finale einstimmen soll. Zehn Episoden bringen die Story, die teilweise auch in einem Countryclub spielt, zum Ende. Die finale Staffel setzt im Jahr 1987 ein und David, seine Freundin und seine Freunde m\u00c3\u00bcssen nun herausfinden, was sie mit ihrem Leben noch anfangen wollen. Der junge David steht im Mittelpunkt der Comedy-Serie, arbeitet im Countryclub Red Oaks als Aushilfskraft und Tennislehrer, um sich in den Ferien etwas dazu zu verdienen. In diesem Sommer begegnet David in den trashigen 80ern einigen interessanten Charakteren, die den Look und Charme der Zeit genau widerspiegeln. In der Hauptrolle sehen wir Craig Roberts, weitere Mitglieder im Cast sind Ennis Esmer, Jennifer Grey, Oliver Cooper oder auch Paul Reiser. Die letzte Staffel setzt im Jahr 1987 ein, in dem David seinen Durchbruch in der Filmindustrie sucht und deswegen in New York ist. Unterdessen versuchen die Japaner den Countryclub Red Oaks zu \u00c3\u00bcbernehmen. Der eigentliche Besitzer sitzt w\u00c3\u00a4hrenddessen im Knast und kann nichts dagegen tun. Produzent von Red Oaks ist Steven Soderbergh, bekannt f\u00c3\u00bcr Behind the Candelabra und The Knick, die Regie des Piloten f\u00c3\u00bchre David Gordon Green.
