Im Jahr 2018 sind sogar Investitionen in der H\u00c3\u00b6he von acht Milliarden Dollar f\u00c3\u00bcr Originals angesetzt &#8211; Netflix hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, seinen Kunden bis Ende des kommenden Jahres ein Angebot zur Verf\u00c3\u00bcgung zu stellen, dass zur H\u00c3\u00a4lfte aus Eigenproduktionen besteht. Durch diesen Schritt w\u00c3\u00a4re Netflix nicht mehr von au\u00c3\u0178enstehenden Lizenzeigent\u00c3\u00bcmern, die ihr Angebot jederzeit wieder von der Seite nehmen k\u00c3\u00b6nnten, abh\u00c3\u00a4ngig. Erst k\u00c3\u00bcrzlich wurde auf Newsslash \u00c3\u00bcber den Anstieg des Abopreises bei Netflix berichtet. Im Anschluss an den Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsbericht hat Ted Sarandos, der Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsf\u00c3\u00bchrer von Netflix, f\u00c3\u00bcr 2018 Filmprojekte angek\u00c3\u00bcndigt, die in Eigenproduktion entstehen sollen. Dar\u00c3\u00bcber hinaus soll auch vermehrt in den Animebereich investiert werden.
