Basierend auf dieser Filmreihe erschuf Matt Miller eine gleichnamige Serie, die am 21. September 2016 ihre Premiere auf dem amerikanischen Sender FOX feierte. Die deutschsprachige Version sollte zun\u00c3\u00a4chst auf ProSieben ausgestrahlt werden, wurde dann aber auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben. Als erstes wurde die deutschsprachige Version der Serie in der Schweiz auf 3+ am 3. Januar 2017 ausgestrahlt. Seit dem 6. November dieses Jahres ist die erste Staffel auf Amazon Prime Video zu sehen. Wann kommt Lethal Weapon Staffel 2 auf Amazon Prime Video? <ins data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3647021458695789\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-ad-slot=\"7996975644\" style=\"display:block\"><\/ins> Lethal Weapon Fans aufgepasst: Bereits am 22. Februar 2017 bestellte der amerikanische Sender Fox eine zweite Staffel der Actionserie, die bereits vom Sender ausgestrahlt wird. Wann genau die Serie auch auf Amazon Prime Video zu streamen ist, hat Amazon noch nicht bekannt gegeben. Es k\u00c3\u00b6nnte jedoch sein, dass Lethal Weapon Staffel 2 erst im November n\u00c3\u00a4chsten Jahres auf der VoD-Plattform erscheinen wird. <b>Achtung Spoiler!<\/b> Der ehemalige SEAL Martin Rigg (Clayne Crawford) hat in seinem Leben bereits einiges durchmachen m\u00c3\u00bcssen. Nach dem Tod seiner Familie litt er unter dem Burnout-Syndrom. Aus diesem Grund zog er nach Los Angeles, wo er nun als Polizist beim Police Department arbeitet. Sein Partner Roger Murtaugh (Damon Wayans) ist von ihm zun\u00c3\u00a4chst nicht begeistert. Misstrauen und vor allem die unterschiedlichen Charaktereigenschaften der beiden Cops macht das gemeinsame Arbeiten zu einer Herausforderung f\u00c3\u00bcr beide. <iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/eIKXMMaMrLE\" width=\"100%\"><\/iframe> Nach und nach wird aus den streitenden Kollegen Freunde, nicht zuletzt, weil sie immer wieder auf die Hilfe des anderen angewiesen sind. Eigentlich wollte es Murtaugh nach seinem Herzinfarkt langsam angehen lassen, doch Riggs draufg\u00c3\u00a4ngerische Art bringt die ungleichen Cops mehrfach in Gefahr. Auch in Staffel zwei warten auf die Zuschauer spannende Abenteuer und F\u00c3\u00a4lle. Eine Reise nach Mexiko und der Kampf gegen einen Drogenring sind da nur der Anfang. Neben Damon Wayans und Clayne Crawford sind auch Keesha Sharp, Kevin Rahm, Dante Brown und Jordana Brewster in den Hauptrollen zu sehen. Auf Rotten Tomatoes konnte die Serie 91% von knapp 300 Usern abstauben. Auf Metacritic erreichte die erste Staffel allerdings nur einen Metascore von 56.
