Sie sind als unerlaubte Sendeanlage anzusehen&#8221;, so Jochen Homann, Pr\u00c3\u00a4sident der Bundesnetzagentur. &#8220;Nach unseren Ermittlungen werden die Uhren von Eltern zum Beispiel auch zum Abh\u00c3\u00b6ren von Lehrern im Unterricht genutzt.&#8221; Es gibt auf dem deutschen Markt eine gro\u00c3\u0178e Anzahl von Anbietern, die Smartwatches f\u00c3\u00bcr Kinder mit einer Abh\u00c3\u00b6rfunktion anbieten. Zielgruppe sind Kinder im Alter von 5 bis 12 Jahren. Diese Uhren verf\u00c3\u00bcgen \u00c3\u00bcber eine SIM-Karte und eine eingeschr\u00c3\u00a4nkte Telefoniefunktion, die \u00c3\u00bcber eine App eingerichtet und gesteuert werden. Eine solche Abh\u00c3\u00b6rfunktion wird h\u00c3\u00a4ufig als \u00e2\u20ac\u017eBabyphone\u00e2\u20ac\u0153- oder \u00e2\u20ac\u017eMonitorfunktion\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 bezeichnet. Der App-Besitzer kann bestimmen, dass die Uhr unbemerkt vom Tr\u00c3\u00a4ger und dessen Umgebung eine beliebige Telefonnummer anruft. So wird er in die Lage versetzt, unbemerkt die Gespr\u00c3\u00a4che des Uhrentr\u00c3\u00a4gers und dessen Umfeld abzuh\u00c3\u00b6ren. Eine derartige Abh\u00c3\u00b6rfunktion ist in Deutschland verboten. Die Bundesnetzagentur r\u00c3\u00a4t speziell Schulen, verst\u00c3\u00a4rkt auf Uhren mit Abh\u00c3\u00b6rfunktion bei Sch\u00c3\u00bclern zu achten. Sofern K\u00c3\u00a4ufer solcher Uhren der Bundesnetzagentur bekannt werden, fordert sie diese auf, die Uhr zu vernichten und einen Nachweis hier\u00c3\u00bcber an die Bundesnetzagentur zu senden.
