Yandex betreibt die gr\u00c3\u00b6\u00c3\u0178te Internetsuchmaschine Russlands und besitzt au\u00c3\u0178erdem bereits eine eigene Online-Taxivermittlung namens \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Yandex.Taxi\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. Das Joint Venture soll in 127 St\u00c3\u00a4dten Russlands zur Verf\u00c3\u00bcgung stehen. Medienberichten zufolge wird Yandex mit 59,3 Prozent die Mehrheit des Joint Ventures halten. Wie bisher gewohnt, sollen Kunden nach wie vor ihre Yandex- und Uber-App benutzen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen, um Transaktionen durchzuf\u00c3\u00bchren. Der CEO des Joint Ventures wird Tigan Khudaverdyan, Chef von \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Yandex.Taxi\u00e2\u20ac\u009d sein. Durch die Kooperation mit Yandex wird deutlich, dass Uber auf Expansionspolitik im Ausland setzt. Im laufenden Jahr hatte Uber bereits f\u00c3\u00bcr mehrere Negativschlagzeilen gesorgt.
