Bisher hat das Projekt, das bereits im September angek\u00c3\u00bcndigt wurde und eigentlich bei The CW laufen sollte, noch keinen Namen. Das Reboot soll zwei Staffeln mit jeweils zehn Folgen bekommen. Im Zentrum werden die Abenteuer und die Wurzeln der jungen Hexe stehen. Sabrina hat zum einen damit zu k\u00c3\u00a4mpfen, ihren eigenen Weg als sterbliche Hexe zu finden und ist zum anderen auch noch damit besch\u00c3\u00a4ftigt, gegen das B\u00c3\u00b6se anzutreten \u00e2\u20ac\u201c sie selbst, ihre Familie und die ganze Menschheit sind dessen Bedrohung ausgesetzt. In der Serie wird es sowohl okkulte Elemente, als auch Horror und Hexerei geben. Robert Aguirre-Sacasa, der Showrunner von Riverdale, wird den Piloten schreiben. Die Regie wird Lee Toland Krieger \u00c3\u00bcbernehmen.
