Da bereits in der ersten Runde eine Summe dieser H\u00c3\u00b6he zusammengekommen ist, ist es Telegram mit einer Summe von somit insgesamt 1,7 Milliarden US-Dollar gelungen, das bisher gr\u00c3\u00b6\u00c3\u0178te ICO \u00c3\u00bcberhaupt durchzuf\u00c3\u00bchren. Der russische Messenger, der derzeit knapp 200 Millionen Nutzer hat, zieht auch eine dritte Runde des ICOs in Erw\u00c3\u00a4gung und hofft, im Zuge dessen weitere 850 Millionen Dollar einzusammeln. Im Fall, dass Telegrams Plan aufgeht, w\u00c3\u00a4re das ICO dann mehr als zwei Milliarden US-Dollar wert. Das Geld m\u00c3\u00b6chte Telegram in seine Blockchain namens Telegram Open Network investieren. \u00c3\u0153ber Telegram Open Network sollen dezentrale Apps, Peer-to-Peer-Transaktionen und au\u00c3\u0178erdem Proxy Services f\u00c3\u00bcr VPNs angeboten werden. Im Austausch f\u00c3\u00bcr ihr Geld erhalten die Investoren von Telegram die Kryptow\u00c3\u00a4hrung Grams zu g\u00c3\u00bcnstigen Konditionen. Nikolai und Pavel Durov, die Gr\u00c3\u00bcnder von Telegram, wollen die Grams zu einem sp\u00c3\u00a4tere Zeitpunkt zum Verkauf zur Verf\u00c3\u00bcgung stellen.
