In den USA wird das Finale der 11. Staffel von The Big Bang Theory, und somit auch die langersehente Hochzeit, am 11. Mai ausgestrahlt. Sheldons Familie wird f\u00c3\u00bcr das gro\u00c3\u0178e Fest extra aus Texas nach Pasadena kommen. Somit werden Laurie Metcalf (Sheldons Mutter Mary), Jerry O\u00e2\u20ac\u02dc Connell (Sheldons Bruder George) und Cortney Henggeler (Sheldons Zwillingsschwester Missy) in ihren wiederkehrenden Rollen zu sehen sein. Der Vater des Teilchenphsyikers ist bereits verstorben. Auch Will John Ross Bowie (Fremeny Barry Kripke) Brian Poshen (Bert) und Will Wheaton folgen der Einladung von Sheldon und Amy. Mark Hamill, der bekannt f\u00c3\u00bcr seine Rolle als Luke Skywalker in den Star-Wars-Filmen ist, wird im bevorstehenden Staffelfinale erstmals bei The Big Bang Theory zu sehen sein. Dar\u00c3\u00bcber hinaus werden Kathy Bates (Two and a Half Man) und Lauren Lapkus und der Comedian Teller ihr Deb\u00c3\u00bct bei der Sitcom von CBS geben.
