Bereits im vergangenen Monat war eine Erkl\u00c3\u00a4rung mit Suns Kaufabsicht an die \u00c3\u2013ffentlichkeit gekommen. Bei BitTorrent handelt es sich um ein Filesharing-Portal, dass im Jahr 2004 gestartet ist und \u00c3\u00bcber 100 Millionen Nutzer monatlich verzeichnet. Da es bislang noch keine offiziellen Stellungnahmen von beiden Vertragspartnern gibt, k\u00c3\u00b6nnen derzeit lediglich Vermutungen dar\u00c3\u00bcber angestellt werden, welche Vorhaben Sun mit dem Deal verfolgt. Suns Unternehmen TRON ist vor allem f\u00c3\u00bcr die TRX-Kryptow\u00c3\u00a4hrung bekannt und arbeitet daran, ein dezentralisiertes Internet zur Verf\u00c3\u00bcgung zu stellen. Inwieweit BitTorrent dem CEO bei der Verwirklichung seiner Pl\u00c3\u00a4ne helfen wird, werden wir sicher in Zukunft noch erfahren. Newsslash wird weiter am Ball bleiben. Bei der \u00c3\u0153bernahme durch Justin Sun handelt es sich nur um einen von vielen Deals in der Unternehmensgeschichte von BitTorrent. Vor etwa zehn Jahren hat das Unternehmen Millionen aufgetrieben, um neben P2P auch in das Entertainment-Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ft einzusteigen.
