THQ Nordic AB hat im gleichen Atemzug alle IPs und Franchises wie beispielsweise \u00e2\u20ac\u017eTownsmen\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 oder \u00e2\u20ac\u017eClouds &amp; Sheep\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 erworben. Das Management-Team, s\u00c3\u00a4mtliche Mitarbeiter (rund 60) und der Standort werden \u00c3\u00bcbernommen. In der Vergangenheit hatte THQ Nordic bereits Koch Media als auch Black Forest Games \u00c3\u00bcbernommen. Mit HandyGames erweitert das in Schweden ans\u00c3\u00a4ssige Unternehmen somit erneut sein Portfolio. Laut einem Bericht von GamesWirtschaft liegt der Kaufpreis bei 1 Million Euro in bar. Abh\u00c3\u00a4ngig von der Gesch\u00c3\u00a4ftsentwicklung k\u00c3\u00b6nnen weitere 1,5 Millionen Euro hinzukommen.
