Wer diesen Nachwuchskoch Kai Jin spielt, ist schon l\u00c3\u00a4nger bekannt, n\u00c3\u00a4mlich Iko Uwais. Nun sind weitere Schauspieler zum Cast gesto\u00c3\u0178en, die in weiteren Hauptrollen ihre Kampfk\u00c3\u00bcnste, die sie in vorherigen Rollen perfektionieren konnten, beweisen d\u00c3\u00bcrfen. Eine davon ist die als Lagertha in der Serie Vikings ziemlich bekannt geworden Katherine Winnick. Winnick \u00c3\u00bcbernimmt in Wu Assassins die Rolle des Undercover-Cops Christine C. G. Gavin. Gavin befindet sich inmitten eines ausufernden Gang-Battles in China-Town. Doch nicht nur Winnick, sondern noch drei weitere Verpflichtungen verst\u00c3\u00a4rken den Cast der Martial Art-Serie. Da w\u00c3\u00a4re zum einen Tzi Ma ( The Man In The High Castle), der den freundlichen Mr. Young spielt, ein Lebensmittelh\u00c3\u00a4ndler und Kais Mentor ist. Zum anderen werden wir Tommy Flanagan aus Sons of Anarchy in Wu Assassins als Alec McCullough, einem international t\u00c3\u00a4tigen Gangsterboss, begegnen. Der Dritte im Bunde ist Lewis Tan, der h\u00c3\u00b6flich und intelligent eine Autowerkstatt betreibt und ganz nebenbei einen gewaltigen Autodiebstahlring am Laufen hat. Die Serie wird von Nomadic Pictures Entertainment und Flame Ventures produziert. Hauptdarsteller Iko Uwais h\u00c3\u00b6chstpers\u00c3\u00b6nlich \u00c3\u00bcbernimmt die Kampfsportchoreo und die Stunt-Koordination. Hinter der Kamera stehen Chad Oakes, Tony Krantz, Mike Frisley und der Autor von Wu Assassins, John Wirth als Produzenten.
