Im Rahmen des Earning Calls zum abgelaufenen Quartal hat Tim Cook sich nun explizit zu der Einf\u00c3\u00bchrung der Zahlungsmethode ge\u00c3\u00a4u\u00c3\u0178ert. Demnach sei Apple Pay im letzten Quartal mit mehr als einer Milliarde Transaktionen expandiert, der Vorjahreswert habe sich dabei verdreifacht. Vor allem im Quartal, das Ende M\u00c3\u00a4rz endete, habe sich das Wachstum beschleunigt. Um das Wachstum in die richtige Perspektive zu lenken, habe Apple im vergangenen Quartal mehr Transaktionen durchgef\u00c3\u00bchrt, als Unternehmen wie Square oder PayPal. Die Zahlungsmethode sei Cook zufolge nun in 24 M\u00c3\u00a4rkten weltweit vertreten und werde von 4.900 Partnerbanken unterst\u00c3\u00bctzt. Das Unternehmen freue sich darauf, Apple Pay in diesem Jahr auch in Deutschland einzuf\u00c3\u00bchren. In den USA w\u00c3\u00bcrde eBay damit beginnen, Apple Pay als Zahlungsmethode zu unterst\u00c3\u00bctzen.
