Dabei entdeckt sie eine Festung der Gesetzlosen am Rande der Zivilisation. Auf dem Weg bemerkt sie, dass sie selbst eine mysteri\u00c3\u00b6se Gabe besitzt. Sie muss lernen, diese F\u00c3\u00a4higkeit zu beherrschen, um sich selbst und die Menschheit vor einem fanatischen religi\u00c3\u00b6sen Herrscher zu besch\u00c3\u00bctzen. Die Idee zu The Outpost stammt von Jason Faller und Kynan Griffin. Produziert wird die Serie von Jennifer Griffin, beteiligte Produktionsunternehmen sind Arrowstorm Entertainment und Electric Entertainment. Als Executive Producers fungieren unter anderem die Macher von Stargate und Stargate SG-1: Dean Devlin und Jonathan Glassner.
