Dabei wurde so einiges getan, um die App auszubauen und attraktiver zu machen. Die Game-Pages und erweiterten Chatfunktionen sollten die Youtube Gaming App handhabbarer und interaktiver machen. Doch alle M\u00c3\u00bchen waren umsonst. Einigen der Funktionen werden wir auf Youtube wieder begegnen, denn nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich l\u00c3\u00a4sst Youtube den Bereich Gaming nicht komplett fallen. Das Hauptportal stellt unter youtube.com\/gaming ein erweitertes Angebot online. Auf den seit 18. September verf\u00c3\u00bcgbaren Gaming-Seiten auf Youtube, werden euch, wie gewohnt vom normalen Youtube, personalisierte Gaming-Videos aufgelistet. Die Vorschl\u00c3\u00a4ge richten sich nach euren Gewohnheiten und Interessen, umfassen Spiele, Trailer, Let\u00c2\u00b4s Player oder auch eSportler. Was ihr besonders oft und gern und lange schaut, landet in der Vorschlagsliste oben. Hinzu kommen in pr\u00c3\u00a4senter Position Videos bedeutender Influencer und Neuheiten aus euren abonnierten Kan\u00c3\u00a4len. Ziel ist es, euch mit dem Gaming-Portal statt der Gaming App die Suche nach relevanten Inhalten einfacher zu machen. Aber auch gute Streamer, die aber noch eine geringe Reichweite haben, sollen unterst\u00c3\u00bctzt werden. Die Gaming App von Youtube wird im M\u00c3\u00a4rz 2019 komplett abgeschaltet. Dann d\u00c3\u00bcrften alle Inhalte und Features, die es wert sind weltweit nach dem Start der Youtube Gaming-Seiten in den USA auf der Welt zu verteilen gilt, in der neuen Games\u00c3\u00bcbersicht verf\u00c3\u00bcgbar und auch die letzten Fehler behoben sein. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass mit diesem Schritt auch die Reichweiten wieder steigen und die Plattform Youtube f\u00c3\u00bcr Streamer, eSportler und andere Gamesbegeisterte wieder attraktiver wird.
