Die Bonds, mit einer Laufzeit bis Oktober 2022, werden mit einem j\u00c3\u00a4hrlichen Kupon in H\u00c3\u00b6he von 7,75% \u00c3\u00bcber dem 3-Monats EURIBOR verzinst. Die Einnahmen aus der Anleihebegebung werden zur R\u00c3\u00bcckzahlung bestehender Verbindlichkeiten, zur Finanzierung von Wachstum und M&amp;A sowie Betriebsmitteln verwendet. Die Bonds werden an der Nasdaq Stockholm und der Frankfurter B\u00c3\u00b6rse mit ISIN: SE0011614445 gelistet.
