Krypton erz\u00c3\u00a4hlt ein bisher unbekanntes Kapitel in der Geschichte um Superman und seines Heimatplaneten Krypton und betritt damit Neuland im Superhelden-Universum. In einer fantastischen neuen Welt, 200 Jahre vor Supermans Geburt, leidet das Volk auf Krypton unter einer religi\u00c3\u00b6sen autokratischen Herrschaft. In einer hochentwickelten Zivilisation k\u00c3\u00a4mpft Seg-El um das Bestehen des Hauses El und gegen den drohenden Untergang seines Heimatplaneten. Der junge Seg-El (Cameron Cuffe), Gro\u00c3\u0178vater des legend\u00c3\u00a4ren \u00e2\u20ac\u017eMann aus Stahl\u00e2\u20ac\u0153, steht vor beinahe unm\u00c3\u00b6glichen Herausforderungen. Als Ge\u00c3\u00a4chteter in einer rigorosen Klassengesellschaft muss er den Namen des Hauses El wiederherstellen und diejenigen besch\u00c3\u00bctzen, die er liebt. Konfrontiert mit den ber\u00c3\u00bchmt-ber\u00c3\u00bcchtigten DC Charakteren Brainiac (Blake Ritson) und dem Zeitreisenden Adam Strange (Shaun Sipos) scheint alles auf eine schier unausweichliche Zukunft hinauszulaufen \u00e2\u20ac\u201c eine Welt ohne Superman.
