Kurt Wallander, die Figur aus den Romanen von Henning Mankell, ist \u00c3\u00a4u\u00c3\u0178erst beliebt. So wundert es nicht, dass Wallander jetzt auch noch eine Serie bekommt. Netflix hat ein Prequel bestellt, in dem wir den Ermittler in seinen fr\u00c3\u00bchen Tagen kennenlernen werden. Die Serien-Adaption soll Young Wallander hei\u00c3\u0178en und es wird derzeit nach einem Schauspieler f\u00c3\u00bcr den jungen Wallander gesucht. Das geplante Prequel soll in Schweden spielen. Wir reisen dann aber nicht wirklich in die Vergangenheit, sondern Young Wallander soll in der Gegenwart spielen und uns dennoch den allerersten Fall von Kurt Wallander pr\u00c3\u00a4sentieren. In dem Universum des Prequels wurde Wallander einfach sp\u00c3\u00a4ter geboren und steht vor seinem ersten Kriminalfall. Sechs Folgen hat Netflix bestellt, in denen wir nicht jedesmal einen neuen Fall zu sehen bekommen, sondern ein einziger Fall \u00c3\u00bcber allen Episoden schwebt. Derzeit wird der Cast f\u00c3\u00bcr Young Wallander zusammengestellt. In den B\u00c3\u00bcchern von Mankell finden sich zahlreiche spannende Charaktere, denen Leben eingehaucht werden muss. Daf\u00c3\u00bcr sucht man nach britischen, aber eben auch nach schwedischen Talenten. Nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich muss auch Wallander selbst besetzt werden, denn weder Krister Henriksson, der die Rolle f\u00c3\u00bcr das Fernsehen besetzte, noch Kenneth Brannagh f\u00c3\u00bcr die BBC, werden den 20-J\u00c3\u00a4hrigen spielen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen. In der Serie soll sowohl die Tradition der Vorlage von Mankell ausreichend gew\u00c3\u00bcrdigt als auch neue Ebenen eingezogen werden.
