Januar wird es auf Netflix ganz und gar um das Thema Sex gehen. In der neuen Original-Produktion Sex Education spielen Gillian Anderson und Asa Butterfield Mutter und Sohn. Der Sohn Otis ist noch Jungfrau, wenn auch nicht ganz freiwillig und seine Mutter, eine Sexualtherapeutin, versorgt ihn zumindest mit einer ganzen Menge theoretischen Wissens in Sachen Sex. Die Dramedy zeigt auf am\u00c3\u00bcsante Weise, wie ein recht unbedarfter Teenager so langsam erwachsen wird. Durch Videos, Ratgeber und oft sehr peinliche Gespr\u00c3\u00a4che mit seiner Mutter eignet sich Otis ein unglaubliches Wissen an, mit dem er in der Highschool richtig gl\u00c3\u00a4nzen kann. Er lernt das Bad Girl Maeve kennen und verb\u00c3\u00bcndet sich mit ihr. Zusammen mit ihr gr\u00c3\u00bcndet er die Sexualtherapieklinik an der Schule und tritt in die Fu\u00c3\u0178stapfen seiner Mutter Jean. Otis und Maeve lernen auf diese Weise die vielen Probleme und Sorgen, aber auch am\u00c3\u00bcsante Geschichten der anderen Mitsch\u00c3\u00bcler in Sachen Sex kennen. Sex Education wird in Zusammenarbeit von Netflix und Eleven Film produziert. Neben Gillian Anderson als Jean und Asa Butterfield als ihrem Sohn Otis, spielt auch der Vater und Jeans Ex-Ehemann, verk\u00c3\u00b6rpert von James Purefoy, eine tragende Rolle in der Dramedy. Sch\u00c3\u00b6pferin von Sex Education ist Laurie Nunn und als Executive Producer und Regisseur fungiert Ben Taylor. Wir sind schon gespannt auf die erste Staffel mit den acht Folgen und freuen uns auf mehr.
