Die Schweden haben 100 Prozent der Anteile an der Hamburger Firma erworben. Playa Games ist mit f\u00c3\u00bcnf Online-Spielen und rund 70 Millionen registrierten Nutzern einer der f\u00c3\u00bchrenden Entwickler und Publisher von so genannten Casual-Strategiespielen. Das bekannteste und erfolgreichste Produkt der Hamburger ist \u00e2\u20ac\u017eShakes &amp; Fidget\u00e2\u20ac\u0153, ein im Comic-Stil gezeichnetes Rollenspiel, in dem mehrere User gegeneinander antreten k\u00c3\u00b6nnen. Das Strategiespiel ist als Browser- und als Mobile-Game verf\u00c3\u00bcgbar. Playa Games wurde 2009 von Jan Beuck und Martin J\u00c3\u00a4ssing in Hamburg gegr\u00c3\u00bcndet. Beide werden weiter als F\u00c3\u00bchrungsteam im Unternehmen bleiben. Der vereinbarte Kaufpreis entspricht vier Mal dem EBIT 2018 der Playa Games GmbH.
