April 2019 im Admiralspalast in Berlin verliehen. Ab sofort k\u00c3\u00b6nnen Spieleentwickler, Publisher und Newcomer ihre aktuellen Spiele und Konzepte einreichen und auf Auszeichnungen in insgesamt 14 Kategorien hoffen. Der Deutsche Computerspielpreis wird von der Bundesregierung \u00e2\u20ac\u201c vertreten durch die Staatsministerin f\u00c3\u00bcr Digitalisierung und das Bundesministerium f\u00c3\u00bcr Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur (BMVI) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c sowie dem game \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Verband der deutschen Games-Branche ausgerichtet. Unterst\u00c3\u00bctzt werden sie dabei von der Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur. Gef\u00c3\u00b6rdert wird die Gala 2019 vom Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg. Noch bis zum 18. Januar 2019 k\u00c3\u00b6nnen Spiele auf www.deutscher-computerspielpreis.de eingereicht werden. Nach einer zweistufigen Bewertung durch Fachjurys und einer Hauptjury werden die Gewinner am 9. April 2019 im Rahmen einer festlichen Gala verk\u00c3\u00bcndet. Schauplatz der Preisverleihung ist einer der legend\u00c3\u00a4rsten Spielorte Berlins: der Admiralspalast an der Friedrichstra\u00c3\u0178e. Die Kategorien im \u00c3\u0153berblick: Bestes Deutsches Spiel, Bestes Kinderspiel, Bestes Jugendspiel, Bestes Serious Game, Bestes Mobiles Spiel, Bestes Gamedesign, Beste Inszenierung, Beste Innovation, Bestes Internationales Spiel, Beste Internationale Spielewelt, Bestes Internationales Multiplayer-Spiel, Nachwuchspreis &#8211; Konzept und Nachwuchspreis &#8211; Prototyp, Publikumspreis und Sonderpreis der Jury. Eingereicht werden k\u00c3\u00b6nnen alle Computerspiele, die seit Ende der letzten Einreichungsphase am 19. Januar 2018 erschienen sind oder bis zum 30. Juni 2019 erscheinen werden. Eine Einreichung in mehreren Kategorien ist m\u00c3\u00b6glich. Auch Forschungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen fernab der Games-Branche sind aufgefordert, Projekte einzureichen. Denn in der Kategorie \u00e2\u20ac\u017eBeste Innovation\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 werden die besten Technologien mit einem Bezug zu Games ausgezeichnet. Der Nachwuchspreis ruft Sch\u00c3\u00bcler und Studierende auf, sich mit ihren Konzepten oder Prototypen zu bewerben.
