Derzeit f\u00c3\u00bchrt die Organisation wieder Gespr\u00c3\u00a4che mit potenziellen Partnern in der Industrie sowie an \u00c3\u00b6ffentlichen wie privaten Hochschulen. Die Bewerbungsfrist begann am 1. Januar 2019 und geht bis 31. M\u00c3\u00a4rz desselben Jahres. Die Auswahl unter den Bewerbern, die aus der gesamten EU kommen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen, wird wiederum eine hochkar\u00c3\u00a4tig besetzte Stipendiums-Kommission treffen, in der langj\u00c3\u00a4hrige, erfolgreiche Mitarbeiter der deutschen Spieleentwicklung genauso vertreten sein werden, wie Beauftragte der \u00c3\u00b6ffentlichen und privaten Hochschulen und der Branchenverb\u00c3\u00a4nde. F\u00c3\u00bcr notwendige Studienpraktika und die Kofinanzierung der Stipendien werden wichtige deutsche Spieleentwickler und Publisher mit an Bord geholt. Finanziert werden Bed\u00c3\u00bcrftigkeit und Talent, wobei sich die H\u00c3\u00b6he des Stipendiums flexibel an den Finanzbedarf des Studierenden anpasst. &#8220;Nachdem wir im abgelaufenen Jahr mit Frau Alba Pl\u00c3\u00a4p-Golfe unter vielen guten Bewerbern eine so herausragende Stipendiatin gefunden haben, sind wir nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich ermutigt, diesen Weg weiterzugehen&#8221;, so Wolfgang Walk, Beirat des Gaming-Aid e.V. und Koordinator des Projekts.
