Erst im April lief die letzte Folge der zweiten Staffel in Prime Video. Wer jetzt sehns\u00c3\u00bcchtig auf die News wartet, die angek\u00c3\u00bcndigt, dass es im n\u00c3\u00a4chsten Jahr mit dem Superhelden The Tick weitergeht, muss jetzt stark sein, denn Showrunner Ben Edlund hat via Twitter bekanntgegeben, dass nach der zweiten Staffel Schluss ist. Ben selbst zum Ende im Tweet: \u00e2\u20ac\u017eEs tut mir leid, sagen zu m\u00c3\u00bcssen, dass Amazon beschlossen hat, &#8216;The Tick&#8217; nicht weiter fortzuf\u00c3\u00bchren. Leid tut es mir nicht, zu sagen, dass ich diese Serie liebe, den Cast, die Story und die Botschaft. Das Schicksal verlangt von mir und meinen Kameraden, dass wir nun versuchen, der Serie eine neue Heimat zu suchen.\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Immerhin 22 Folgen hatte der Superheld seit dem Start im Jahr 2017 versucht, die Verschw\u00c3\u00b6rung in seiner Stadt aufzudecken. Immer an seiner Seite sein Buddy, der ihn erst den Superhelden in sich erkennen lie\u00c3\u0178. Dabei schwebt \u00c3\u00bcber den Abenteuern immer die Frage, ob es diesen wirklich gibt, oder er nur Einbildung ist. The Tick ist vor allem eines: extrem lustig. In der zweiten Staffel, die nun eben auch die letzte war, war anfangs die Gefahr in der Stadt gebannt, The Terror, der Superschurke scheint besiegt. Doch wer \u00c3\u00bcbernimmt jetzt die Macht in der Stadt? Ein Kampf der Kleinkriminellen, um sich die Stadt unter den Nagel zu rei\u00c3\u0178en, beginnt.
