Dann werden sie mit Aufgaben konfrontiert, die h\u00c3\u00b6chste Konzentration und K\u00c3\u00b6rperbeherrschung verlangen. Am Ende einer Folge geht dann der letzte Mann oder die letzte Frau der Runde mit einer Million Dollar nach Hause. An Kandidaten wird es nicht mangeln, doch die Frage ist, ob die Show auch beim Publikum ankommt, sodass die vielen Millionen, die als Preis gebraucht werden, auch reinkommen. Es gab schon einmal eine Show, die mehr als eine Staffel mit der Pr\u00c3\u00a4misse des Schlafentzugs geschafft hat. Cram hie\u00c3\u0178 sie und stammt aus dem Jahr 2003.
