Dies ist bereits die dritte Akquise nach dem britischen Well-Played Games und dem alteingesessenen deutschen Entwickler Promotion Software. Studio Firefly wurde bereits Ende 2018 von einer Gruppe Mobilegames-Veteranen gegr\u00c3\u00bcndet und hat seither Teams in Cluj und Bukarest aufgebaut. Studio Firefly konzentriert sich prim\u00c3\u00a4r auf die Wertsteigerung von bestehenden Marken. Das geschieht mittels Live-Betrieb, Entwicklungsarbeit und horizontaler Expansion auf neue Plattformen. Au\u00c3\u0178erdem arbeitet das Unternehmen an selbst entwickelten Spielen. Das Studio besch\u00c3\u00a4ftigt heute nahezu 30 Vollzeitentwickler an beiden Standorten und expandiert weiterhin. Das Studio wird gef\u00c3\u00bchrt von Diana Cecilian Dan und Ren\u00c3\u00a9 Laurent. \u00e2\u20ac\u017eIn dem Moment, in dem ich von der Phoenix-Games-Mission h\u00c3\u00b6rte, wollte ich dabei sein\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, sagt Laurent. \u00e2\u20ac\u017eAls erfahrener Studioleiter, der sich bereits vielen Herausforderungen der Firmenf\u00c3\u00bchrung und -skalierung gestellt hat, kann ich mich sehr gut mit den Problemen identifizieren, die Phoenix zu l\u00c3\u00b6sen anstrebt.
