Die CBS hat f\u00c3\u00bcr die achtteilige Live-Action-Serie auch einen passenden Darsteller gefunden. Nicholas Cage wird in die Haut des umstrittenen Joe Exotic schl\u00c3\u00bcpfen. Nun ist auch klar, bei welchem Streamingdienst man die Doku dann anschauen kann. Amazon Prime Video hat sich die Rechte an der Ausstrahlung gesichert. Aber die Produktion von Imagine Television Studios und CBS Television Studios ist nur eine von zwei geplanten Serien zum Thema Tiger King, oder auf Deutsch passenderweise Gro\u00c3\u0178katzen und ihre Raubtiere. Ein weiteres Projekt soll bei Peacock und dem USA Network zu sehen sein soll, beruht auf einem Podcast. Hier kommt dann die andere Seite der Geschichte um die Gro\u00c3\u0178katzen ins Visier. Kate McKinnon spielt darin die Tiersch\u00c3\u00bctzerin und erbitterte Gegnerin von Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin. Wegen des Mordanschlags auf sie sitzt der Tiger King, mit b\u00c3\u00bcrgerlichem Namen Joseph Maldonado-Passage, gerade hinter Gittern.
