Damit best\u00c3\u00a4tigen sich Ger\u00c3\u00bcchte aus dem letzten Jahr, dass Playtika, welches mittlerweile in chinesischer Hand ist, an die B\u00c3\u00b6rse gehen will. Nun sind die Papiere bei der US-B\u00c3\u00b6rsenaufsichtsbeh\u00c3\u00b6rde eingereicht. Ende 2020, vielleicht Anfang 2021 soll es dann soweit sein. Man berichtet, dass das Unternehmen f\u00c3\u00bcr den B\u00c3\u00b6rsengang mit 10 Milliarden Dollar bewertet werden k\u00c3\u00b6nnte. N\u00c3\u00a4here Angaben zu Zahlen der Aktien und Preise sind bisher aber noch nicht bekannt. In einer Pressemitteilung hei\u00c3\u0178t es: \u00e2\u20ac\u017eDie Playtika Holding Corp. gab heute bekannt, dass sie vertraulich den Entwurf einer Registrierungserkl\u00c3\u00a4rung auf Formular S-1 bei der Securities and Exchange Commission (die &#8220;SEC&#8221;) im Zusammenhang mit dem geplanten B\u00c3\u00b6rsengang ihrer Stammaktien eingereicht hat. Die Anzahl der anzubietenden Aktien und die Preisspanne f\u00c3\u00bcr das vorgeschlagene Angebot sind noch nicht festgelegt worden. Es wird erwartet, dass der B\u00c3\u00b6rsengang nach Abschluss des \u00c3\u0153berpr\u00c3\u00bcfungsprozesses durch die SEC und vorbehaltlich der Markt- und sonstigen Bedingungen stattfinden wird.\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Playtika wurde im Jahr 2010 von Robert Antokol und Uri Shahak gegr\u00c3\u00bcndet und schon ein Jahr sp\u00c3\u00a4ter von der Caesars Entertainment Corporation gekauft. Im Juli des Jahres 2016 kaufte ein chinesischen Konsortium Playtika f\u00c3\u00bcr 4,4 Milliarden Dollar. Daraufhin wurde Playtika selbst zum Eink\u00c3\u00a4ufer, \u00c3\u00bcbernahm Jelly Button, dann das deutsche Studio Wooga, und zuletzt das \u00c3\u00b6sterreichische Super Treat und Best Fiends-Herausgeber Seriously aus Finnland. Playtika ist neben den eingekauften Casual-Games vor allem im Bereich der Social Casino Games unterwegs. Dieses Genre verwendet die zentralen Elemente beliebter Kasinospiele, aber die Spieler k\u00c3\u00b6nnen weder echtes Bargeld im Spiel verwenden, noch k\u00c3\u00b6nnen sie echtes Geld gewinnen.
